    These FAQ's are intended to provide additional details, and address some of the most common questions, regarding the Disney Channel app; including but not limited to, certain conditions pertaining to the free service and the accessibility and availability of the Disney Channel app. Please read below for further information.   2. Where can I watch my favorite Disney Channel shows?

    You can watch your favorite Disney Channel shows or the Disney Channel live at on your computer or by downloading the Disney Channel app on your device. Certain restrictions apply.

  3. What is the Disney Channel app?

    -TAKE A BREAK: Short on time? No worries. Check out funny clips, awesome music videos and more. 
    *Certain restrictions apply. Viewing of some content requires current verified Disney Channel subscription. Live video and the newest full episodes are only available with a participating TV provider.

  4. What does the key symbol mean?

    Some content in the Disney Channel app has a key symbol indicating that you will need to sign in with a participating TV provider to view that content. If you subscribe to the Disney Channel through one of our participating TV providers, you will be able to "unlock" this content.

  5. Which participating TV providers are available?

    To check if your TV provider is participating in our service, select the key symbol anywhere in the app for a list of providers in your area.

  6. What if my TV provider is not listed?

    Not to worry, we are continually adding new cable, satellite, and other TV providers. Keep checking back to see if your provider is added.

    If you don't subscribe to a participating provider, you may still be able to watch a select list of full episodes or clips. You can also contact your provider and ask them to support streaming the Disney Channel on your device.

  7. Is there an extra cost to access the Disney Channel app?

    You will not be charged an extra cost to enjoy the Disney Channel app.  This is an extra benefit available to you because you are a subscriber to one of our participating TV providers.
